• Torr Solutions products are designed and tested to perform strictly as per the specifications stated by the company.
• Performance of the overall system, plant, or process in which our products are integrated is outside the scope of Torr Solutions' responsibility.

• Warranty is applicable only to items supplied directly by Torr Solutions.
• Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal usage, subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
• The warranty does not extend to the overall process performance, integration issues, or third-party equipment.

Torr Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Any losses related to process inefficiencies, downtime, or production failures caused by external factors beyond our supplied items.

• Products must be installed, operated, and maintained as per the provided guidelines.
• Misuse, improper installation, or operation outside the stated specifications will render the warranty void.
